At Dream It Print It (DIPI), we're committed to your satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of our custom printing services. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Here's our policy for returns and refunds:
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days of pickup.
Inspection Period
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order at the time of pickup. If you notice any issues, please inform us immediately so we can address them on the spot.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will address any quality issues or errors on our part.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Printing Errors: If there's a mistake in printing that's our fault, we'll gladly reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
- Quality Issues: If the quality of the print doesn't meet our high standards, we'll offer a reprint or a full refund.
- Damaged Products: If your product is damaged due to our production process, we'll provide a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Changes of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Color variations within reasonable limits (please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. print).
- Size issues if the customer provided the design or approved the proof.
- Orders not picked up within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification.
How to Request a Refund or Reprint
If you believe you're eligible for a refund or reprint:
- Contact us within 7 days of picking up your order.
- Explain the issue and provide photos if possible.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll arrange for a reprint or process your refund.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- For credit card payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- For other payment methods, we'll work with you to arrange the refund.
